In My Life

“In My Life,” reads as an autobiographical story of a woman’s life as she falls in and out of love, struggles with hardships, loss, and mental illness.  This story has its ups and downs and is extraordinary in the way she fails and prevails.  The main character, Samantha, is ultimately finding her purpose in life.  The story begins in college, then jumps back in time to her youth; with her challenging upbringing, before taking these experiences into life as an adult.  Within this story, Samantha faces many outrageous turns from finding herself as a patient in a mental institution, to a time when she is put into prison at no fault of her own.  Amid these trials there are great love experiences and fun stories as she learns and grows wiser.  The reader is touched and moved by Samantha’s illness, struggles in love, grief, and passion for the future.  This story is uplifting and inspiring as you root for Samantha to never give up.
